It is only a matter of time Enforcement at the SEC will institute a 12(J) proceeding revoking the stock's registration. The CFO apparently doesn't give a crap. When that happens its called FEEC: Symbol Not Found.
What are they waiting for? I cannot believe Renee has not been here with a "delinquent" status yet. She usually is good at finding delinquent filers.
