The company receives plenty of calls and emails. The majority of them are not the types that would lead to productive communication. I don't know in what context your calls or emails were (I'm not making any accusations), but the company is not going to spend all day arguing with pissed off shareholders. I'm not defending this approach but it is what it is. Communication to ALL shareholders should have established long ago. That we can all agree on. Having said that, I would rather the company focus on fixing what's wrong and turn things around than spend all day trying to communicate with disgruntled shareholders. IMO that is what is happening.
