You are buying stock of the company not the patents. The only thing you can buy and sell is shares. As a stockholder you cannot sell the patents nor do you receive any money for the revo patents. You can however buy and/or sell revo shares. The only point of buying and selling any security is to make a profit on the sale. On the illiquid grey market, companies with SEC suspensions for fraud do not have a market (i.e. any interested buyers).

You only buy shares of companies with liquid stock that there IS a market for.

The suspension IS what killed this stock. The fraud IS what caused the suspension.

People are buying the patents not the suspension...a worthy investment to some
