Sure, large is subjective but why would he buy shares to help converters dump? Why would he not just R/S if that was the case, do a 100:1 and then let the converts dump it back down.

$25k might not be much for Ron, but why throw it down the toilet if you don't have to, I agree that he will dump it back. Just at a higher price.
