When you buy a car, are you buying the steering wheel? Are you buying the radio? Are you buying the SW that controls the viscosity in the magnetorheological fluid shock absorbers based on a switch setting (OK, this last is for Corvette owners--maybe others as well)?
When a customer buys in to the EAP, what does he get as part of the package? HELLO? Yes, boys and girls, step up the plate NOW and get this brand-new SW at a low, low price!
"As with any new technology, it takes time to initially win customers and demonstrate the benefits of an application, and so we are offering an attractive package to first-time users that will include pricing incentives and long-term service agreements – which will also help us improve future versions of our software. So it is mutually beneficial for us and our customers, and we are very pleased to announce that Spartacus3D, a leading French AM service provider, has already signed up.”
He who hesitates will end up paying more later. Talking about potential customers, but IMO also applies to SGLB stock buyers.

This:

customers who contract with Sigma Labs during this period will enjoy packaged pricing incentives as well as service, support and upgrades for the duration of their EAP schedule (one year from the date of installation). Participating companies will obtain a non-exclusive license to use the complete suite of PrintRite3D® software modules – INSPECT™, DEFORM™ and ANALYTICS™ – for one price, with locked-in preferred rates for future product license purchases. - See more at: http://globenewswire.com/news-release/2015/09/01/765129/10147726/en/Sigma-Labs-Announces-Launch-of-Early-Adopter-Program.html#sthash.12V7p57a.dpuf

Packaged pricing incentives= discounts, not freebies.

Locking in all modules for ONE PRICE, with preferred rates for future products.

Sounds like they're selling it to me.
