I agree Cmdr. We are 100% in the right here, but don't forget, as Prof. Epstein stated, even if the law is 100% on your side, when you challenge the USA in the court of law, your chances of winning are 50-50 at best!

While I like our chances as well as Judge Steele being on our side, I still don't trust our legal system 100%. Hopefully the biggest difference between Judges Sleet and Steele is only a l and t and an extra e!
