I agree with your theory. No doubt Cruz was conducting a test market. All along he was planning a buyout followed by a merger. He cleverly tanked the PPS in order for the buyout to take place. Now he will cleverly raise the PPS so the merger can take place. Cruz reminds me of myself. Smart, clever, astute, and well respected and distinguished in our fields.
