Yeah right, they diluted from 30 million to 1.25 billion and now to 10 billion to set up a massive run. ROFLMAO.
Insiders dumped shares, death spirals dumped shares, and retail is now holding all that dilution. And they'll either take $.0001 in the next few days, or they'll hold on and get crushed by the no bid and reverse split.

Pump and dump 101 - you can use hype to either run the stock price up by keeping volume low, or you can use it to drive volume at a constantly falling price. If you're funded with toxic death spirals, it will ALWAYS be the latter.
Rule #1 for investing in stinky pinkies. Avoid the ones that are using toxic death spirals for funding.
