Hi Birdman. To answer your question, at least, in my opinion, it doesn't matter. I know that sounds weird but that's how you can play these penny stocks. The life cycle of this stock is, dormant (buy), pump (sell), and back to dormant. You can tell something is up by the small volume every day, meaning a pump or news or both is coming. News/pump means a huge gain in pps, equals easy money. It doesn't mean it's a sure thing and it doesn't work with every penny but I have had success with it here. Good luck.
