Shows he knows what he has and that Bavi increases exponentially upon approval. A BP is willing to partner for X prior to Bavi approval and then willing to partner for X plus Y after approval. Foster city here we come :)

I'll give you the last sentence is pure speculation or spin whichever you prefer, however, the first two sentences is nowhere near speculation or spin. It's reality but feel free to try and debate those first two sentences or should I say offer pure spin.
