SmallCaps...The way I read that, and thanks for posting it, is that VGE is trying to pull a fast one with different strains of GKG....
Not Viaspace.

Perhaps VGE see's that VSPC is gaining traction (contracts, power plants, feed stocks, etc). when VGE is getting no where.

Sour grapes on the part of VGE ????

Smells fishy, but not from VSPC's side of the fence.
