Yeah that intimidation move of filing a federal lawsuit against shareholders has come back to bite Shaun and company pretty bad.

Now they are stuck in a court that plays by strict rules and must turn over the stock ledger, financials, board meeting minutes and other documents that they have tried to hide for over 4 years.

I think several government agencies are finally beginning to take an interest in the people behind the manipulation.

I believe the FBI, IRS, SEC, DOJ and other government agencies have been tipped off about the collusion and corporate manipulation that went on at Exobox.

We will see if they take action.

I think there are going to be a lot of hard questions asked and pointing the finger at the next guy and saying he said it was ok is not going to fly.
