my wild speculation says the AZN deal was a shot across the bow to the others in the mafia to step up to the plate and take your best shot.... and the settling of the CSM nightmare was a condition to get the ball moving forward... just a hunch...

i could be wrong but sk and pl came up from the mid level ranks and bavi is their ticket to the promised land... after the csm nightmare where they could have lost it all, i would think they would want to pass go one more time and lock up the FU money...and pphm does not have the level of resources needed to really develop bavi in all the trials that it should be in now if it wasn't for resource constraints...

I saw it too, they listed 30 side effects and ended it with these are not all of the side effects.

Good lord, you may live longer, but you'll be worse off than if you just went ahead and died, who would want to live 3 more months shitting, vomiting, ha ring seizures, ulcers, muscle cramps, flu like symptoms, headaches, stomach aches, trouble breathing, rashes and the unlisted side effects and the other 20 mentioned?
