good to hear from ya! yeah i know i somewhat expected to see .000s but when they come they still make me nervous!!!

what I'm seeing here is $50k note due now, some probably converted at .0005-.0006 and now today if they didn't convert all at once yesterday, (not sure the terms if they can own 4.99% of the OS or 9.99%) they'd get a .0003 conversion price. we're probably looking at 100-150 million shares depending where they've been converting. after that no notes due until January.

we're already only about 5 weeks from the next 10Q I'd imagine they'll have news before then but worst case scenario that'll show us where we're headed!!!

i agree this could be a shell and be worth more than this current stock price! crazy!
