Wasn't there something about the 500 million new authorized shares and the date of September 30 I remember something about that can anybody enlighten me on why this date is significant for those newly authorized shares

I have no problem with there focus. From past experience I could see that what happened in Alaska I knew it could effect DDCC and it did. DDCC will have to be on a far more better footing before news like Alaska will not drop the stock.
