Funny, I wondered that too.

Their is no reason to buy other companies now, they can build out these and expand there business without further dilution.

It does appear that Sunworks management has it's act together. I wondered for sometime why they just don't grow Sunworks and grow the company by expanding the Sunworks' model.

Go into a new area have the Sunworks management train the new local team management, and give the new branch instant credibility by being part of Sunworks history.

Seems to me a lot quicker and cheaper way.
