These are not big settlements to be material enough for 8k.
Here is my estimation for Bridgestone settlement -

They sued for $8 million. Considering they settled before the trial was over, but few days into it, they probably settled for no more than $5 million. (That's just my opinion) They would get 60% of that, so that is $3 million, give or take.

This quarter may actually be not as bad as the last 2.
I was pretty close predicting the Q2 results. My only mistake was not including the tax benefits. Without tax benefits, it would have been even worse.

So, for Q3, I think MARA may actually beat revenue estimates consensus and get close to $5 million. The biggest question is expenses, once again. They have to keep them under control for any turnaround to occur. If they can come out with only $1.5 million in losses for Q3, that would actually be a win.
