If this is the case then management needs to file with the SEC for an investigation. At least it shows he gives a damn regardless if the SEC does anything or not. Kinnon do something NOW!
I think you are on to something and I'm hoping Kinnon seals a big deal for a catalyst asap. The covering and buying would make this launch. The float is still small despite the added shares. This could go big IMO$. Just needs the right catalyst.
