The public company had an agreement to manage the TV network. The TV network changed its name.

So IMTV never owned NETWORK,Just managed it and doesn't now,seeing how it says HAD!Comedy hour is getting better all the time here!Keep up the good work!!!!OH and the clear channel deal ADS would have to be sold and placed on the then ICPLACES shows and what ever else Steve would want to call it.Obviously no ad sales were in place find the contract and re read the deal,LOL, So do tell how is the lawsuit coming did Steve mention that?

CVeradero.....uh Joseph Collin's wasn't around when Steve issued this Press Release ;)


Now surely this Revenue should be available for the public to view when Steve Samblis submits his audited financials to the SEC.....right?
