The float is only 700 million!! and the float has only increased 44 million in the last year

And 400 mil of that 700 mil ACOL float is being held tightly by the "friendly" noteholder who wants to see ACOL succeed!!!! I suspect the rest of the 300 mil float is now mostly in tight hands. When we get those 50-100 mil buyers we GO BIG! They are coming IMO! :)
