Imagine how the noteholders feel. IHSI has had a number of notes mature this year that haven't been paid except with shares for interest and penalties. They still owe 1 note that matured in 2013.

Another note matures in Oct. and another in Dec. and then a bunch in 2016 too and the IHSI OS increased from 400M to 673M to 1.24B in a matter of just a few months.
