It hasn't taken 2 months to make a decision. Part of that time was spent waiting for the reports to be finalized to submit to Washington. We got them everything we had, and submitted everything else that was required as it was available. They couldn't consider a decision until everything was in. Such as the local FAA report recommending a pass.
