My understanding from reading the SEC filing is it said NO EARLIER than the 28th of the month. It's based on some 20 day rule or something if I remember correctly. But it was worded in the "no earlier than" type format if I remember correctly.

Which would mean the 28th to who knows when IMO? Days later, weeks later, a month later- I have no idea?

I checked the Florida Secretary of State biz registration site today and found no name change filed for Bioheart and no DBA (doing business as) filing for any US Stem Cell either- and I believe they have to have those official corporate filings (state law issues I think) in place first from reading the SEC filing.

SO not sure what's holding them up? Today was "odd" to say the least IMO- the stock didn't place a single trade until like 3 plus hours into the trading day, then posted a big ole trade, then flat-lined for another few hours, and one more big chunk traded right into the close. Very strange looking trading IMO???? Who freaking knows with this company anymore??????
