frogdreaming

My recent post discussing this issue indicated the possibility of a red flag by her departure. She had a lavish package compensation deal, compliments of Frudakis and the shareholders, with hubby Richard and feeding at the trough of plenty without any worry. Why the sudden and unexpected departure? Why would the CFO of this company give up a guaranteed good thing without any reasonable explanation by her or management?

This raises my continuing inquiry: Have any of the happy managers utilized their positions with or any considerations from DNAG to leverage personal benefits for themselves apart from and in derogation of the interests of the DNAG shareholders? Voila la question!

Going forward, what Monica will be doing and where she will be employed may be of great interest to DNAG shareholders, especially if Richard's employment with the company is also terminated. Their personal and professional history indicates they have always been attached at the hip and walk in lock step. Why the sudden split? A charitable gesture for the benefit of DNAG shareholders? Stay tuned home gamers!

JMHO from the public facts as I see them.
