I read the article. It is flat wrong. Bad journalism. Do not count on this. If the Indian company pays $2.7 billion for 10% of Tullow total interest in Kenya, you can bet your last dollar they think the upside is for several billion barrels. Good grief, when the oil price was $110 oil in the ground [proven] was going for no more than $20 to $22 per barrel.

In fact I bet Tullow would jump at the chance to sell 10% of all of their East Africa assets for $2.7 billion.
