I would say yes because IMO it is material. Are they issuing stock to willie Nelson or a toxic debt person?

R the conversions eliminating $100,000 of toxic debt or $500,000 of toxic debt?

They r required to file anything material. IMO those things r material, especially when they r doing nothing but issuing stock!!

It's also well established that increasing the o/s by more than 5% is material but oslh seems to ignore that rule...

Short answer. These sneaky snakes seem to do everything in their power to keep investors in the dark... The complete opposite of what a public company is suppose to do!
