IHSI actually has signed two contracts with Honeywell
totaling $1.8M in revenue. The first contract was completed
by IHSI in March 2015. The second contract began during Q2/2015.
I expect more business between IHSI and Honeywell as Honeywell is
the energy provider of choice for State, Federal and Fortune 1,000
businesses Worldwide. $IHSI.

What year was Title 24 passed?

I've looked at 76 pages of news taking us back to 2010. You know how many Title 24 contracts in California that Honeywell announced?

NONE, not 1, but keep believing the hype about there still being 300+ buildings after about 8 years of mandating and that Honeywell is doing contracts for Title 24 work without announcing it on their site.
