CDEX has successfully demonstrated the explosive detection technology in very stringent lab environment. It works perfectly good. Problem is, outside of the lab is nothing much more than a curiosity.
Didn't CDEx "successfully demonstrate" the PS3 gizmo to a Tucson cop and a retired UA chemistry professor several years ago? Then to some paid consultant named Brian Jenkins.
Didn't CDEx "successfully demonstrate" EM-1x at Kinmen Island and then at Yuma II and Aberdeen?
CDEx has a long history of "successfully demonstrating", they seem to have a problem selling anything other than PP shares.
