Once all the elements are in place (world bank, world military, world court, domestic control grid, etc), that's when the 'great culling' can begin. The plan is to bring the world population down to 1 billion or less. They have no use for such a huge population, and its existence represents the primary threat to their NWO neofeudal system.
But how to accomplish this population reduction? Good question. Here are some of the options -
1) Thermonuclear war - As a population reduction mechanism this is probably near the bottom of their list in desirability, due to the huge radiation problem, massive infrastructure destruction, etc. While the use of Neutron bombs would be better (kills people effectively and the radiation involved is minimal and dissipates quickly, with minimal destruction of infrastructure), any all out war between the super powers would quickly escalate to the use of all available thermonuclear weapons, not just neutron bombs. So this approach doesn't seem likely for the 'great culling'.
2) Biological agents - this has many advantages, but even with the newest generation of race specific bio weapons, they elites worry that the bio agent could mutate into a form that would be lethal to them.
3) Injected agents - this would be ideal, and could be instituted following an orchestrated pandemic which would require the mass vaccination of the target populations. The injected agent could have a delayed effect so people would die months or even years later. The agent could be a toxin, a genetic altering agent, a virus like HIV or Ebola, or a cancer causing virus like the SV-40 virus (Simian Virus 40) which has been in the Polio vaccines since the 1950s. Problem here is you can't use a contagious agent or the elites themselves could become infected, so the agent has to either be non-contagious, or there has to be a 100% effective antidote.
4) Infertility vaccines - this is reportedly already being done as a so called 'soft kill' approach. The vaccine contains an agent which renders the recipient or their offspring infertile and unable to reproduce. But this approach takes a long time, although that might be an advantage in some ways.
5) Water, food, air - agents could be introduced via the water as has been done with fluoridation, or via food using GMO technology (Bill Gates has discussed putting vaccines in foods), and via the air via spraying, ala chemtrails. But a big problem with this approach is how to prevent the elite's own exposure?
6) Starvation - Kissinger wrote about using food as a weapon, and the new twist is to engineer food which is so depleted of nutrients that it results in population reduction. For example, Monsanto's Roundup/glyphosate herbicide acts by preventing plants (including the crops) from absorbing and utilizing nutrients. So eating the crops doesn't provide enough nutrients to sustain life. The new Codex Alimentarius nutritional guidelines actually say that full implementation will result in world population reduction of 3 billion people (!)
Chances are a combination approach to population reduction will be used depending on the target population. We know AIDS/HIV was lab created to target Africans, but was also able to cross over into other races. Abortion on demand and 'one child' policies as in China are additional approaches.
Bottom line, the deranged sociopaths running the world probably won't be happy until we're all dead. They'll need a few of us around to do the menial labor and as maids and butlers in their palaces.
