A 10x bagger does not push this up high enough to sell the amount of shares IHSI is preparing to sell. I expect this to much, much higher. As Skyline points out, this is a win/win for both company and especially shareholder as both have a chance to make $$$ and the company payoff liabilities. $IHSI
