What is not wikd speculation is that TRTC buys products to resell from insiders PRIVATE companies....

Private companies benefit, public company funds...

My understanding is that the land was owned by the partner in the Nevada Marijuana operations. So that is part of what they put into the pot to earn their share. (pun intended) So TRTC pays for the building out of the facility and the other partner buys, or provides the land.

Not hard to figure out. IMO
