On August 20, 2015, the mediator filed a report with the Court reporting that the parties reached a settlement of the case on August 14, 2015. On August 31, 2015, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Stay and Notice of Settlement. On September 9, 2015, the Court stayed the case and set a status conference for October 2, 2015. On September 18, 2015, the parties filed in the Patent Trial and Appeals Board a joint motion to terminate the two IPR petitions file by Huawei, Nos. IPR2015-01382 and IPR2015-01390.
