We are at $.03 because of the OTC Market, not that NESV deserves to be there!

I doubt they will do a reverse again, doesn't achieve anything, the float is already too small. We are down here because of manipulating note holders and shorts, that's all.

With the Company on the cusp of moving into final stages, and with the announcement of some acquisitions, it will be difficult to keep NESV down. They obviously believe they will be ready to up list to get off of this exchange, and I believe the Team they have assembled to help achieve this will have a big impact on PPS.

Last weeks PR: "NES has completed all necessary due diligence on the target Companies, of which there are three consolidated into one, which involved a full appraisal of the assets to be included in the sale. Because of the size of the transaction, which is much larger than NES as the Company stands today, it has taken and enormous amount of time and capital to complete the pre-closing process, six months to be exact."

I do believe they did not want to announce this last week as the LOI was hidden in their financials from 1st Quarter filings, this was a surprise to me as I never picked up on it, but I do know this is not the only surprise us shareholders will be seeing. They believe they will be in a position to move up to a National Exchage, and I for one am not doubting them for one minute.

I do not think Bob got any of that $1,000. There were some flippers that may have hand their hands on it though. Tell me how you think Bob personally profited from it?

An acquisition will propel them onto a National Exchange, not a reverse split!

Now if they are looking to close a Company that is 2-4 times their size, and there is only 17mm in the float, you can do the math!
