I don't see them being taken private at all…. I think if they were going to get bought they'd have done it already. Supposedly GE broached the subject two years ago but Mark said they 'didn't know how to value them' -- and that was before they hedged their bets with Honeywell and overseas companies…. I don't think they have any intention of getting bought out. One of their big selling points is that they provide independent, 3rd party verification that parts are good. IF they did- it would be at an exorbitant rate…. I just don't see Mark and Vivek wanting to be just faces in the crowd at one of these large multinational corporations-- two on a team of hundreds of engineers. I think they like controlling their own destinies.
