"Form 10 response has been filed along with some amended old quarterly reports. Our SEC attorney caught an error in an old filing, and that language was reused in subsequent filings, these amended reports correct that mistake."

LOL! A mistake!? That language!?

So MYEC Thought they were merging with a shell with no operations at the time. But that was a mistake. It merged with a Nevada corporation who was a development stage company.

Let's see what the SEC thinks about that...
