The money they withhold was to pay off certain obligations.

All Pre BK, and all prior to the POR.

This, is all about Class 3. Class 3, wants that money for them selves.

Amd, they have their Weil, which in reality we are paying for.

It is not an issue of paying of debt, but, who does it go to.
