On TA, everyone has their opinions as to the benefit. On regular stocks like Dow, Amex and Nasdaq I believe that TA/charts are a very good guide indicator for future movement/entries/exits. When it comes to penny stocks, I believe that momentum 100% drives them and how much they are being pumped on various boards/websites and IMO charts/TA play little on penny stocks. That's just me though and others believe charts do play a big factor.
