Old news buddy, we have been aware since the latest 10-Q. We are all aware of how convertible notes work, we already went through this earlier this year...The same Cramer that gave many here the opportunity to load .002-.003 when they dumped their load before we ran to .02 :-)

Cramer gets zero shares until end of January. Company is working on paying off convertibles before maturity, so shares may never even materialize. Please do DD before you start spouting crapola.
