#77063 RE: CWS1987 #77062

I disagree with almost point you cite but the real question to me is is this the first example of MusclePharm "outsourcing" manufacturing to these select foreign markets as they mentioned were underway on the most recent conference call in an attempt to offset the massive currency headwinds?

Wait until the contaminated Brazilian product hits the market. Will the "unbiased" MPSSSI (MusclePharm Sports Science Institute) declare the tainted products clean or counterfeit? Will it be simple saber rattling?

MusclePharm declining to file a lawsuit against a distributor selling MusclePharm labeled product the company is calling counterfeit only after a regulating body finds a toxic ingredient is very telling. MusclePharm will do anything to keep from testifying under oath and opening a can of worms they want hidden.

MusclePharm has been proven guilty of a laundry list of fraud and infractions including a MusclePharm executive pleading guilty to selling multiple illegal supplements laced with anabolic steroids. These are facts that cannot be disputed and MusclePharm is entangled in multiple lawsuits currently with consumers claiming mislabeled, misleading and inaccurate ingredients of multiple current MP products. MusclePharm could defend itself against an alleged counterfeiter but has refused to do so and simply makes a worthless accusation.

Very telling behavior that looks extremely guilty on MusclePharm's part. We have not seen the last of the this case.
