They didn't complete the 1st order until 2015(1st quarter) and blamed timing of the lack of revenue on not starting the 2nd contract(PRd Aug. 2014)at the end of the 2nd quarter.

At any rate the 10Q financials since the PR of the $1M contract have never added up to the $1M for the Qs up through now.

Yup and in the same paragraph they say they didn't start the other contract until the end of the 2nd quarter. So which is it? They finished the 1st contract and started the other "shortly thereafter" or not until the end of the 2nd quarter and that's why there is a lack of revenues?

Your statements by them are included in the 10Qs too.

In 3 years, they've lost $8M+ but they continue to give themselves bonuses and a $30K car allowance.

What do you think that says about the management team and their idea of how to run a company.

Makes me think they could care less, as long as they get their $30K car allowance and their bonuses.
