The HON contracts look to be done and they increased debt, not paid it off. When IHSI had HON revenue they also had their largest quarterly losses ever.

Loading? I see nothing but dumping at $.0001 and $.0002 and that's with the A/S maxed out and no more dilution until they up the A/S or reverse split.
