Progress has been made toward approval and this still holds true regarding this commentary from SK back in 2010

The last several weeks have been extremely frustrating for us to watch our stock price, as well as those of our biotech peers, decline on no fundamental change in our business. While we do not control the stock price, we can assure you that this decline has not been attributable to company news or events, or a change in the fundamentals of our company.

Sadly, although I love the letter, prices 6 trading days later were even lower than before the letter and kept going considerably lower for weeks. But I still love the thought. carpe diem PR

Just wondering IF King is not in line with the other board members regarding the additional 175- if his hands are tied in terms on not writing such a letter?

It makes very little sense why SK doesn't write such a letter when asking for that number of shares.

Carte Blanche is not an investment strategy = NO vote.

RE "July 7, 2010 CEO Letter to Investors "

You could put any date on a letter and it always sounds the same and that's the problem.
It always sounds the same.
Has for years.
Complete failure to create value for shareholders, and complete failure to understand how to get along with Wall Street.

But a letter is meaningless. Why?
1. Actions not words are needed.
2. The more he talks, the weaker he sounds.
Just look to the quarterly calls. Very disappointing and usually a drop in price during or after.

These guys simply don't get it.
Never have, probably never will.
