I think it is a pretty sure bet that we will be trading under a buck SOON. Just the request for 175 mil shares authorized is putting this into a downward spiral. Lytle is probably exacerbating it by ATMing it as much as he can.

What is the difference between PPHM and a naked short? At some point the short has to cover. PPHM just keeps printing shares.
Lytle is probably kicking himself right now that he didn't put 300M shares on the table.
