even though the delisting process would take a year, i doubt if they'd want to hang under a buck and be eliminate institutional participation in a penny stock.... they'd still need the atm, and at pennies per share, it certainly wouldn't generate much.... raising the pps even through the acrobatics would at least open the sales up to funds if a money deal ever takes shape...
