A nice genuine clean cut, old friend of Paul Parliament's, that will be funding GH until it funds itself. A SF shareholder that has approximately $500k in SF with Paul and "they" felt like they were lied to by Pierre and currently have a couple of hundred thousand into GH, and they were not gonna go down the same road (jerked around) and lose all their money, so they supposedly took over control.
