My thoughts are that it is exactly the kind of lazy, thoughtless, sloppy, ill-conceived material -- bordering on malpractice IMO and maybe even done in an intentional effort to deceive the court -- which we have all come to know and love from the esteemed attorney.

Among other things, I have worked for two federal district court judges and a state supreme court justice, so I have read a wide variety of complaints and motions for injunctive relief, and of course a fair number of them had some typos, or were somewhat long-winded and rambling, or weren't exactly persuasive or logically consistent... but this guy is in a league of his own.

Was the Florida bar exam, like, a LOT easier in the 90s?
