Shorting of stocks does occur, however naked short sales that are constantly alleged on otc stocks are simply fantasies. I have never seen or heard of an otc stock showing a previously hidden naked short position with negligle fails to deliver.
I would love to take a look at any evidence you have of this occuring. No need to reply unless the example you have is:
1- otc stock
2- huge nss position PROVEN
3- negligible fails to deliver.
