Would Baltia even do it for less than a quarter? Would they do it at ALL? Who knows?

Based on Baltia's eminent certification and financial success I think we could see at least 50 cents/share today and $4 in 12 months. Today's market price is somewhat unbelievable and only reflects the negativity some investors on the boards have falsely created. This will change in very short order!
