The fact is we don't know what DUTV has done since end of November 2014. For all we know there's nothing going on. Looks like the sentiment is DUTV is doing nothing as the PPS has dropped. Shall we list the missed deadlines and false hopes given here in this board again?

Also there is no run up...but there is a run downward. I don't know who you are trying to fool but there's not many here who believe your opinion.
