I agree with you that the company has poor ability. But I see no "breakthrough" or "game changing" products or technology.

What's funny is that usually when people spew this they state "I'm not a tech person, but...."
V3 is nothing new. Just VMWare VDI in an appliance. Overland is a bleeding legacy commodity storage biz, and "SnapCloud" is just adding the most basic cloud commodity storage that every other major vendor has had for ages. On the Glassware side, basic virtualization and web client access have been around forever. They can go after some niches like TestNav but so what?
Doesn't it bother you that the tech world is totally yawning?
The balance sheet and cash flows are awful and I really just see nothing here to like, and catastrophic downside a real probability.
